Bringing the Light of Hope with Cindy Benezra

Cindy Benezra was born in Arizona into a Mexican and German family with strong values and traditions.  Despite what looked like an upstanding family, she faced physical, sexual, and emotional abuse inside  her home. As an American living abroad for most of her upbringing, she found hope and healing through  travel, friendship and inner strength.

In Cindy’s memoir, Under the Orange Blossoms, she shares her  story of finding hope in the darkest times in life. Cindy inspires those around her with practical tools and  genuine joy for life to overcome the most difficult trials. She now resides in the greater Seattle area with  her husband and four children. She’s a philanthropist, an advocate for sexual abuse survivors, and owns  a luxury event company with her eldest daughter.
