On the podcast I interview thought leaders in the fields of trauma, mindfulness, spirituality, yoga, addiction, and related fields, with the goal of raising the awareness of trauma and inspiring survivors and therapists.
Much of my inspiration for doing this podcast comes from my family. As the son of a Korean War veteran, and the brother of a Navy SEAL who returned from Iraq with PTSD, my goals are to help spread the awareness of trauma and PTSD, as well as to help educate, support, and inspire new trauma therapists.
