Lisa Danylchuk, LMFT
Lisa Danylchuk is a LMFT who discovered her passion for healing work while volunteering in housing projects in Watts, Los Angeles, and she’s been working in the field of resilience, wellness and mental health ever since.
She went on to study trauma and resilience at the Harvard Graduate School of Educationwhere she completed a master’s degree and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS).
She has presented at conferences at Harvard University, the American Counseling Association, and the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation(ISSTD).
Becky Thompson is an award-winning writer, professor, yoga instructor, and activist. She has spent the last twenty years travelling across the world researching, teaching, and writing on issues of social and racial inequality. Becky has published eight books including the forthcoming Survivors on the Mat: Yoga Stories for those Healing from Trauma.
Becky’s work has also been featured in multiple journals such as Harvard Review,Feminist Studies, and Gender & Society.
Becky is a senior level yoga teacher and teaches yoga at conferences, workshops, in college classes, and community centers internationally and nationally. She sees her yoga practice as the foundation upon which her writing, teaching, poetry, and activism can flourish.
With a professional background in both yoga and treatment industry marketing, as well as a personal history of perseverance and recovery, Monique brings a uniquely balanced perspective to her work.
She has been teaching trauma-aware, Psychologically-Informed Yoga ™ in large group and private one-on-one settings since 2006. Keenly interested in the intersection between yoga and behavioral health services, Monique has been published in Addiction Professional Magazine and several other local/national publications. Though not a clinician, she has earned a graduate level certificate in The Clinical Foundations of Trauma from State University of NY, Buffalo, and dedicated much of her life to volunteering in environments that serve disenfranchised or traumatized individuals.
Monique recently launched a Psychologically-Informed Yoga Teacher training program that focuses on serving those in the helping professions. She is also in the process of developing a pilot yoga program which launches this month at the The Shelter for Abused Women in Naples, Florida More about Monique and her work can be found online at Vivasana.net
Mark Lilly is the founder and Board President of Street Yoga, an internationally recognized non-profit which provides yoga and mindfulness classes to at-risk populations in Portland and Seattle.
Mark is a mindfulness and communication trainer who has taught workshops all over North America to widely diverse audiences including physicians, nurses, social workers, police officers, therapists, and countless others. Mark has developed many specialized mindfulness curricula in addition to the core and advanced Street Yoga trainings, including specialized work for young people recovering from sexual abuse, and workshops for adults moving through entrenched traumas or grappling with high-intensity communication situations.
For Mark, yoga is an everyday survival skill, a practice he has shared with thousands of youth through Street Yoga. He still lives with the tremors of traumas past and realizes the delicate line between suffering and awakening. His teaching emphasizes cultivation of the best within each of us by using the authentic stories and experiences that illuminate our being and drive our teaching to places of deep truthfulness.
Mark has developed the core and advanced Street Yoga trainings as well a yoga curricula used for specialized work with young patients recovering from illness or injury in the hospital, for young people recovering from sexual abuse, and workshops for adults moving through entrenched traumas or grappling with high-intensity communication situations.
Through it all, he brings a lightness and love to his teaching that is rooted in humility, grace and joy.
Molly Boeder Harris
Over the past decade, Molly Boeder Harris has worked in community-based rape crisis centers as a medical and legal advocate, provided crisis support and prevention education for students on college campuses and has directed a campus Women’s Center.
During that time, she also became a certified yoga instructor and has since been teaching yoga at rape crisis centers, yoga studios, counseling clinics and social service agencies.
In 2012, Molly founded The Breathe Network, a national, non-profit organization that connects survivors of sexual violence with sliding-scale, trauma-informed, holistic healing arts practitioners.
Molly holds a Master’s Degree in International Studies and a Master’s Certificate in Women’s and Gender Studies. Most recently, Molly began training in Somatic Experiencing, the trauma-resolution method developed by Dr. Peter Levine, with the intention of synthesizing her work as a yoga instructor teaching trauma survivors with this revolutionary technique.
Mark Gerow is the Director of the Mind Body Spirit Program at Mountainside Treatment Center (drug/alcohol rehab) in Canaan, CT. Mark spent 12 years in the Armed Forces, a decade as an actor then transitioned to the teachings of yoga. He is the founder ofLunarhythms Yoga with 22 years teaching experience in all aspects of this science to now include trauma-sensitive therapies.
Jane Clapp is a master of mind, body and soul. While it is widely accepted that mindfulness is necessary to shape the body, Jane asserts that the body is one of the most powerful alchemic tools for shaping the mind.
A practitioner in the holistic health industry for two decades, Jane combines holistic personal training, yoga, ELDOA, fascial stretch therapy, tensegrity therapy, and mindfulness interventions with tension and trauma healing to help clients gain strength, mobility and resilience.

Kimberly Campbell is the Executive Director of Exhale to Inhale, founded by Zoe Le Page, which brings yoga to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in New York City, the Hudson Valley, Long Island and Connecticut through weekly classes at shelters and community-based organizations. By providing access to the practice of yoga to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, Exhale to Inhale offers a valuable resource to a distressed community.
Kimberly is an entrepreneur, writer, speaker, and wellness expert who has held a number of key positions in business, philanthropy, and health and human services development within a broad range of industries.
She was also the creator and spokesperson of a corporate domestic violence initiative focused on raising public awareness and assisting employees dealing with domestic violence in the workplace. Through her work, she uses yoga, meditation, and other wellness tools to empower people to see that they have a choice in how they react to the external pressures they come up against.
