Lessons Learned in 2015. Part 1

In this episode of The Trauma Therapist | Podcast I share just some of the many lessons I’ve learned over the course of the past year from interviewing my amazing guests.
I’ve gained a new appreciation for the work we do as trauma therapists, and have also developed a new understanding of what’s involved in becoming a healthy, fulfilled and fully-informed trauma worker. (Hint: Reading the latest trauma books is just one part.) This last bit has been something that’s really inspired the types and variety of individuals I’ve been inviting on to the podcast.
