Welcome to the S.H.I.F.T. Show with Adam Blevins

Adam Blevins is a former Virginia state trooper who transitioned into mental health and now serves as the operations director of the Virginia Law Enforcement Assistance Program (VALEAP).

After experiencing firsthand the toll of trauma, he transitioned into mental health, becoming an EMDR provider, ICISF instructor, and PhD student in trauma-informed care. Drawing from his unique perspective as both a first responder and a mental health provider, Adam wrote Welcome to the S.H.I.F.T. Show™: How to Love Yourself in a World That Won't, a raw, unfiltered guide to self-discovery and resilience in an unforgiving world.
