Welcome to The Trauma Therapist | Podcast!

Though this is The Trauma Therapist | Podcast, I invite individuals from all backgrounds and professions on the podcast--therapists, filmmakers, yogis, politicians and teachers--with the common denominator being trauma, and more specifically, a passion for helping those who've been impacted by trauma.

Given that, our discussion will move based on your profession, speciality, background, and interest.

This experience is designed to be stress-free! My ultimate goal is to squeeze as much inspiration out of you as I can!

Your Journey:

  • The purpose of this interview is to really understand your journey, your struggles and triumphs, and the steps you've taken to get into this field.

Your Stories:

  • To do that, I invite stories, not general or aerial views of topics.

  • I’ll guide you to share specific stories about your journey, experiences, individuals you've worked with (excluding names of course), and moments which have made a difference in your life.

  • Stories are way we/humans relate to each other and are that which will inspire us!

  • My goal here is to raise awareness of trauma and inspire other trauma clinicians and survivors!

Your Start:

  • I'll ask how you got into this field--of trauma, or therapy, or yoga etc.

Your Contact information:

  • As you we ready to close out I'll ask about the best way for people to contact you. This will be an indication that our interview is coming to a close.

The interviews usually go for about 35 minutes.

After this, we'll come to a close and say good-bye.
