The Guest Host Series: Next Steps

Guest Hosting FAQs
-
We have about a 3 week lead time. So as soon as you send us the interview file it will usually take about 3 weeks till we can publish it.
-
You should do this because you're awesome and can share your awesomeness to a larger audience.
My purpose in inviting you to be a guest host is because I value the work you're doing and would love to have you be a part of my podcast.
Once your episode is published we'll promote it extensively across each of our social platforms which will increase your exposure and you'll also be able to use the episode and video to promote it as you wish.
In addition, there will be ample opportunities during the interview for you to promote your own work and website etc.
-
I’m inviting you to interview someone else.
The purpose of this is for you to choose someone in your field that you'd like to interview.
This will give you the opportunity to talk about your work as well.
-
20 minutes, tops.
-
Sound quality is key!
You will need a decent microphone.
A few recommendations:

Yes.
During the introduction, which you'll record, you will be able to talk a bit about yourself and the work you do.

Finally, when we promote the episode across our social platform we'll link up whatever you'd like to promote.
-
Yes.
This way we'll be able to create video clips which we can then promote across our social platforms.

This is not about perfection!
Nothing I do is about perfection!
This is about heart and humaneness.
We can edit stuff out!!
-
Generally speaking I do next to no editing.
If I cough or sneeze, then yes, of course.
But otherwise, I just move on.
This is not about perfection. It's about heart and soul.
If you'd like to edit it, then you're free to do so!
Otherwise, once the interview is recorded over Zoom or Riverside, you can email the file back to me and we'll take it from there!
-
We’re about 2 months out.
Which means, once you submit your interview, it’ll take about 2 months to get published.
